The Shankhpushpi green tea is a blend of Shankhpushpi (butterfly pea flowers) and green tea.

Shankhpushpi flowers are grown In the beautiful landscapes of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, under the care of experienced farmers. The specific weather and soil conditions in this region help the herb to grow of excellent quality.

Green Tea comes from the beautiful slopes of the Himalayas. This amazing tea is more than just a drink; it’s an exploration into the core of India’s most famous tea-producing area.

The Green tea leaves are blended with butterfly pea flower to enhance its benefits of providing cognitive and stress relief health benefits. When the Shankhpushpi tea blend is added to boiling hot water, creates a sapphire blue color tea.

  • Shankhpushpi Ice cubes: In a glass jar, add dried Shankhpushpi flowers (ask us about them) and add hot water and stir, once cool, add it to the ice container and freeze
  • Virgin Mojito:  In a glass, add few mint leaves, then add crushed ice cubes, sugar syrup Shankhpushpi tea blend, stir and then add crushed  Shankhpushpi ice cubes and then add lemon juice, add little drinking soda and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Gin and Tonic: In a jar add ice cubes, add Gin, Italicus Rosalia or any tonic, fresh cucumber juice, shake them, add Shankhpushpi tea, then garnish with rosemary and mint leaves
